Take a moment to reflect and find quietness.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Recall how the Lord loves you, and is present with you; inviting you to prayer. Recall times you needed to be better. Recall the blessings you have in your life. Bring into your thoughts loved ones, family, friends; anyone who needs your kindness, forgiveness, love.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Offer yourself, your life, your prayer&#8230;&#8230;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I am sorry<\/strong><br>Lord, you know I am not perfect.<br>I am so sorry for the times I have not be your loving child,<br>and offended your goodness.<br>I am sorry for the times I have upset or hurt others. <br>Forgive me Lord.
